Street Food

Mexico City Street Food

Time: 4 hours
Held: Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 or 1:30 p.m.
Description: A three-and-a-half hour glimpse at one of the most vibrant street food scenes in the world. Moving from stand to stand, we’ll try fresh-squeezed fruit juice, tacos al pastor, tamales and atole (a typical rice and masa drink that’s served during the mornings); tlacoyos, quesadillas and more. You’ll learn about the history of each food, and discover a little more about how the street food system is organized in a typical neighborhood.
